                   A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF 
                   L. JOE FERGUSON TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM ON 
                   THE ELECTRIC POWER BOARD.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby confirmed the 
       appointment of L. Joe Ferguson to fill an unexpired term on the 
       Electric Power Board.
